Bio

Ishiki means consciousness, awareness, or perception in Japanese. We are a for profit studio with a not for profit heart, rooted in ‘awareness’ - of people, technology, and the shifting landscapes of the future. We believe that the choices before us don’t have to remain either/or, and that we as artists and creatives have a responsibility to craft an alternate path for a better future. Through honest, in-depth storytelling that circumvents fear-driven narratives to explore actionable solutions, our diverse collective strives to meet this responsibility together. Filmmaking remains the core of our craft, and the stories we tell transcend it. Each project is immersive; whether via film, mixed reality, or experiential events, an Ishiki story becomes a portal where audiences participate rather than merely spectate. Guided by our core values, Ishiki is a space for ethical, creative collaboration - to play, discover, and awaken our consciousness together.
