Elena Omura

CEO & Founder
For Elena, Ishiki is a lifestyle; one which consciously blends values, creative expression and purpose. This was the seed of the vision for Ishiki that she leads, inspired by and growing with its diverse collective. Trained as a director in Prague Film School, her background ranges from working as Director’s Assistant on major productions for Amazon Prime and Apple Vision Pro, to supporting documentaries shot in Japan, and working in sustainable development with marginalized communities in Ethiopia, Cambodia & the Philippines. As a director & producer, her work to date has won 2 best director music video awards and raised funds for clean water projects in Cambodia.

Gabriela Takacova

COO & Co-Founder
As a strategist with a focus on emerging technologies, international growth, and purpose-led innovation, Gabriela leads Ishiki’s business vision & strategy. Named among Forbes 30 Under 30 and Hospodářské noviny’s Top Women of Czechia for her achievements in business leadership in a startup space, she brings a future-focused lens to creative and technological ventures. At Ishiki, she shapes the direction through a deep interest in AI, VR, biophilic design, and biohacking - bridging innovation with intention. For Gabriela, Ishiki is a platform to amplify people and ideas working toward a more conscious, beautiful world through immersive films and experiences.

Mithila Joshi

Creative Services Manager
Mithila leads fundraising and branding for Ishiki’s original works. With over 10 years of experience as a media professional and visual storyteller, she also plays an integral role in Ishiki’s creative direction. Her professional experience lends to creative expertise in film production, photography, brand building, and qualitative market research. Formally trained in both photojournalism and narrative filmmaking, her strength lies in crafting authentic, compelling stories with a strong message, whether it be for value-aligned businesses, people or the planet.

Emin Akyar

Chief Business Officer
In collaboration with our COO, Emin shapes Ishiki’s financial model and business operations. Leaning into his background as a financial controller, along with an array of field experience in event management, finance, organizational development, and art curation, he combines strategic thinking with agile facilitation to deliver impactful, human-centered outcomes.

Samual Duckett

Director of Content
As Ishiki’s Director of Content, Samual oversees the creation and delivery of Ishiki’s written copy and social media material and serves as a driving force behind its creative direction. A writer and director with 10 years of experience in international film production, Samual brings a global perspective and creative expertise to every project, along with a passion for creating authentic, impactful narratives.

Elle Narvasa

Head of Production Schedule & Facilitation
At Ishiki, Elle designs scalable systems that ensure each Ishiki project is aligned with the company’s vision, existing capabilities, and creative integrity. As a filmmaker and production strategist with 7 years of experience across independent films, commercials, and feature projects Elle brings a background as a 1st AD and Production Manager with expertise in clarity, foresight, and systems thinking– translating ambitious creative visions into achievable timelines. For her, Ishiki represents the future of creative work: one where structure supports artistry, and production is grounded in ethics, collaboration, and care.

Giona Sem

Post Production Supervisor and Lead Editor
Giona oversees Ishiki’s post-production workflow and is the main editor for Ishiki’s original works. Having worked as an editor across independent films, music videos, commercials, documentaries and feature films, he brings varied experience across multiple sections of post-production. From editing, to graphic animation, coloring and sound design, he takes a holistic approach to the post production process.
